Sircharlesschoolfordogs offers professional dog training services, behavioral consulting, and personalized training programs. All services are provided by certified instructors, according to academy standards. No implied guarantees are offered regarding specific results, as these depend on individual factors such as the age, temperament, and history of each dog.
The client undertakes to provide accurate information about the dog's health and behavior at the time of enrollment. The academy reserves the right to refuse service provision if the information provided is incomplete or false. Instructors are obligated to use training methods based on positive reinforcement, without violence or physical punishment.
Sircharlesschoolfordogs assumes no liability for accidents or incidents that may occur during training sessions when these are caused by failure to follow the instructor's instructions. The academy's liability is limited to the value of the services contracted for that session. We are not liable for indirect damages or financial losses.
The academy reserves the right to modify programs, fees, and participation conditions, with prior notice of at least 7 days. The contract may be terminated by either party with 14 days' notice. In the event of a serious breach of conduct or safety rules, termination may be immediate, without the right to a refund.
